UGC Ads Agency

UGC ads that scale your paid campaigns

Creator ads with a native look, built for your media buying: hook variants for real A/B testing, whitelisting and Spark Ads included — produced with creators from our own management. For performance teams that treat creatives as a testing system, not as one-off assets.

Creative testing as a system

UGC ads are not a lucky shot but a process: testable variants, matching creators and clean rights — that is exactly what our setup is built for.

Hook variants & A/B testing

Every asset ships with multiple openings: we produce several hook variants of the first seconds per concept, so your media buying can run real A/B tests instead of betting on a single creative.

Creator matching from 100+ creators

We cast your ads with faces from our pool of over 100 managed creators — matched by audience, tone and platform rather than gut feeling. Short paths, reliable timings.

Whitelisting & Spark Ads

On request, your ads run directly through creator profiles: via whitelisting on Meta and as Spark Ads on TikTok. We handle approvals and access while your team keeps full control in the ads manager.

Usage rights & buyouts settled

Channels, durations and extensions are fixed before production starts. Buyouts for ad usage typically run at +20–50% — calculated transparently, so no rights question slows you down mid-scaling.

Iteration sprints

We work in fixed sprints: winning creatives are scaled with fresh variants, underperformers are cut without hesitation. Creative testing becomes a predictable process instead of a series of lucky hits.

Platform-native variants

One concept, four platforms: we deliver cuts and formats built natively for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube — instead of producing one video and recycling it everywhere unchanged.

Numbers, not promises

Since 2019 we have connected brands with creators — from creator management all the way to the scaled ad.

From first hook to scaling

A process designed for iteration: the first assets are the starting point, not the final result.

  1. 01

    Briefing & audiences

    30 minutes

We define funnel goals, target audiences and angle hypotheses — including the learnings from your ad account: what has run so far, what is untested, and which KPIs we will be measured against.

  2. 02

    Creators & hook concepts

    3–5 days

We match suitable creators from our management and develop hook concepts per audience and angle. You approve the shortlist and scripts before anything goes into production.

  3. 03

    Production & launch

    1–2 weeks

The creators produce ad-ready assets including hook variants and platform-native cuts. At launch we support your media buying with whitelisting and Spark Ads setups.

  4. 04

    Testing & scaling

    ongoing

We read the results together with your team: winners get new variants and more budget headroom, losers get cut — sprint after sprint.

Frequently asked questions about UGC ads

The most important answers for performance marketers: definition, costs, variants and rights.

What are UGC ads?

UGC ads are paid ads produced by creators in a native social media look and run through the brand's own ad accounts — not through the creators' profiles. The content looks like an organic feed post, but the mechanics behind it are classic paid social: you control targeting, budget and flight dates yourself in the ads manager.

That is exactly what separates UGC ads from influencer posts: with an influencer post you pay for the reach and trust of a community on the creator's channel. With UGC ads you buy the creative — the creator posts nothing themselves, you run the ad through your own accounts and scale it as far as performance allows.

How much do UGC ads cost?

A UGC ad asset typically costs €150–500, depending on the creator, scripting effort and scope. Usage rights for paid usage are commonly priced on top at +20–50%, depending on duration and channels. Packages with multiple assets and hook variants are quoted individually.

For performance setups it usually pays off to spread the budget across several variants from the start rather than one elaborate video — the testing happens in your account anyway, not in anyone's gut feeling. You will receive a concrete quote after a short briefing.

Why do UGC ads perform better than classic ads?

The biggest lever is the native look: UGC ads look like content from the feed, so they are less likely to be instantly recognised as advertising and scrolled past — ad blindness drops, often along with click costs. On top of that, real faces and real language build trust where polished commercials create distance.

This is not a guarantee: whether a UGC ad beats your existing creatives is decided by the test in your account — not by the production style. That is exactly why we produce variants and iterate on data instead of betting on a single winning creative.

How many ad variants do you need?

Realistically, 3–5 hook variants per concept: the main body of the video stays the same, only the first seconds are swapped out. Since the hook has the biggest influence on whether an ad stops the scroll, it offers the best ratio of production effort to insight gained.

Ideally you add 2–3 different concepts or creators on top, so you test not only hooks but also angles against each other. A single creative rarely delivers reliable data — and which opening wins is almost impossible to predict in advance.

UGC ads or an influencer campaign — which one fits?

UGC ads if you want to scale performance: you control targeting, budget and flight dates yourself and can test and swap creatives at will. Influencer campaigns if reach and trust come first: the creator carries your brand into their community — with the credibility of a personal recommendation.

In practice, many brands combine both: influencer campaigns for awareness and social proof, UGC ads for scalable conversion campaigns further down the funnel. As an agency for both — influencer marketing and UGC ads — we help you find the mix that fits your goal and budget.

Which platforms do UGC ads work on?

UGC ads work wherever native video formats dominate: on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube — especially in Reels, Stories and Shorts placements. The key is that the creative fits the platform: tone, editing and format differ noticeably.

That is why we produce platform-native variants instead of one one-size-fits-all video — and on TikTok and Meta additionally with Spark Ads or whitelisting whenever running the ad through a creator profile adds credibility.

Who owns the UGC ads?

You receive contractually defined usage rights to all assets — specified by channel, duration and scope. Under German law, the copyright itself remains with the creator, but for your purposes that makes no practical difference: within the agreed scope, you use the ads exclusively for your campaigns.

What matters is that the rights are fixed cleanly before production starts: ad usage, time period and extension options are in our contracts before anything is filmed. That way there are no follow-up claims when a winning creative needs to run longer than planned.
