How quickly does creatorhub respond to inquiries?
We reply within 24 hours — personally, not with an autoresponder. Inquiries sent on weekdays usually get an answer the same day.
What should I include in my first message?
Three things are enough: your goal, your preferred platform and a rough timeframe. A budget range helps us assess the project but is optional — you can simply leave it blank in the form.
Applying as a creator? Your channel link and follower count are all we need; we will cover everything else in a call.
Does creatorhub offer a free initial consultation?
Yes — the initial consultation is free, takes 30 minutes and comes with no strings attached. On a video call we listen to your project, give you an honest assessment and outline possible next steps. You will only receive a proposal if we are convinced we can genuinely help.
Does creatorhub work remotely or only on site?
We work remotely and support brands and creators across the entire DACH region. Kick-offs, consultations and check-ins happen via video call — and we run campaigns internationally on request. We only meet in person for content productions: in the studio or on location, depending on the project.
