Privacy Policy
Note: This privacy policy has been prepared with care but does not constitute legal advice.

1. The essentials at a glance
This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: we use no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools, and we embed no third-party content. We only process personal data in two situations — for the technical operation of the website (server logs) and when you actively contact us, for example via the contact form or by email.
2. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
- CLOUDS CONSULTING - FZCO
- A1 - IFZA Business Park
- Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Registration number (IFZA License No.): 58833
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: upon request
3. Applicable data protection law
CLOUDS CONSULTING - FZCO is domiciled in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our data processing is therefore primarily governed by the data protection law of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE Personal Data Protection Law, "PDPL").
As our services are also directed at visitors and clients in the European Union, we additionally apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where this policy cites GDPR legal bases, they apply to visitors from the EU/EEA; we apply the corresponding PDPL safeguards in parallel.
4. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Railway (Railway Corp., USA). We have selected the EU region Amsterdam, so the website is served from servers within the European Union.
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical access data (server logs): the IP address of your device, date and time of access, the page requested, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of operations — for example, to defend against attacks.
For EU visitors the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website); under the PDPL we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our systems. Server logs are stored only briefly and then deleted. They are not merged with other data or evaluated for marketing purposes.
5. Contact form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter: name, email address and your message, plus — depending on the form — optional details such as company, budget, channel name, follower count or main platform.
The form data is transmitted as an email to our inbox via the email service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Transfers from the EU to third countries are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; transfers from the UAE comply with the PDPL requirements for cross-border data transfers. Your data is not stored in any database of this website.
We process this data exclusively to answer your inquiry. For EU visitors the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract); under the PDPL the processing is necessary to handle your request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Contact by email
You can also write to us directly by email. Here too, we process your details — such as your sender address and the content of your message — exclusively to handle your inquiry.
7. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No content is loaded from third-party servers — no external web fonts, no social media plugins, no embedded videos. That is why there is no cookie banner here: there is simply nothing for you to consent to.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL and — for visitors from the EU/EEA — under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- Access to the personal data we process about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to certain processing operations
To exercise your rights, an informal email to [email protected] is sufficient. EU visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); in the UAE, the UAE Data Office is the competent authority.
9. Currency of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is dated July 2026. If we develop the website further or legal requirements change, we will update this policy — you will always find the current version on this page.
