Your event influencer agency for promotion, coverage & booking
We bring events and creators together: ticket campaigns with local creators, live coverage and story takeovers straight from the venue, and DJs with social reach from our own roster. creatorhub grew out of creator management in the music and techno scene — we know the creators who are genuinely at home at events. That goes for organizers just as much as for brands activating at events or hosting their own.

Influencers at your event
Live coverage, story takeovers and meet & greets: we bring creators to your event and manage them on site. Briefing, schedule and coordination are on us — you stay focused on your event.
Creator bookings & acts
DJs and creators from the music, techno and lifestyle scene — booked straight from our own network. One booking covers the performance and the content package, contracts included.
Festival activations for brands
Activating as a sponsor at someone else's event? We amplify brand areas and sampling with creators who carry your activation far beyond the festival grounds.
Aftermovie & event content
We produce content on site that keeps working long after the weekend: aftermovies, recaps and material for your next announcement. Vertical, platform-native and ready for organic and paid.
Scene credibility
Music and techno play by their own rules — get them wrong and everyone notices. We match brands and events with creators who take the scene seriously instead of just passing through.

Frequently asked questions about event influencer marketing
Costs, creator numbers, disclosure and bookings — the most important answers for organizers and brands, short and honest.
What does an event influencer agency do?
An event influencer agency connects events and creators in both directions: it plans influencer campaigns that sell tickets, brings creators to venues for live coverage and books acts with social reach. That covers creator selection, campaign concepts, briefings, on-site management and post-event reporting.
creatorhub grew out of creator management in the music and techno scene: we know the creators who are genuinely at home at events — and we will tell you honestly which setup makes sense for your format and which doesn't.
How much does influencer marketing for events cost?
Event creator campaigns at creatorhub start at €5,000 — including strategy, creator matching, campaign management and reporting. Creator fees depend on reach: nano-influencers (1,000–10,000 followers) charge €50–250 per post, micro-influencers (10,000–50,000 followers) €250–1,500, and mid-tier creators (50,000–250,000 followers) €1,500–5,000.
Fees for DJ and act bookings are quoted individually — they depend on the act's profile, the date and the format, and no serious agency can give you a flat rate. After a short briefing you will receive a concrete proposal with every line item.
How many creators does my event need?
Honest answer: it depends on the size and goal of your event — any flat number would be a guess. A local club night often works with a handful of well-matched creators, while a multi-day festival needs a tiered line-up of reach and scene credibility.
Fit matters more than headcount: a few creators whose communities actually live in your city and your scene sell more tickets than many generic accounts with large but scattered reach. That matching is exactly our job.
Local or national creators — which works better?
For events tied to a location, almost always local: a creator with half their community in your city will drive more ticket buyers than a much bigger account whose reach is scattered across the country.
National reach makes sense when your event draws people from beyond the region — major festivals, trade fairs or tours with several stops. Usually the answer is a mix: local creators as the foundation for ticket sales, one or two bigger names for visibility.
Do disclosure rules apply to guest lists and invitations?
Yes — free entry, an invitation or a spot on the guest list counts as consideration, and posts about it generally need to be labeled as advertising. The fact that no money changes hands doesn't change that.
We don't give legal advice, but we brief every collaboration so disclosure is handled cleanly — neither creators nor organizers have to figure it out on their own.
Do you book DJs and acts too?
Yes — we book DJs and creators with social reach straight from our own network, primarily from the music, techno and lifestyle scene. The booking runs entirely through us: contract, fee, technical coordination with your venue and all communication up to the performance.
The difference from classic booking: our acts bring their community with them. On request we combine the performance with a content package — announcement posts, story coverage of the night and material for your next event.
How early do I need to start planning?
As a rule of thumb: weeks to months, depending on the format. A ticket campaign needs lead time for creator selection, briefings and an arc from announcement to last call — a club night can often be done in a few weeks, while festivals and trade fairs are better planned several months ahead.
Bookings depend on the calendar too: sought-after DJs and creators get booked up early for peak dates. If your event is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — we will tell you honestly what is still realistic in the time you have left.
