Last updated: October 2026 ## 1. Scope These terms apply to the analytics platform **creatorhub Insights** (insights.creatorhub.agency) operated by CLOUDS CONSULTING - FZCO ("creatorhub", "we"). The platform is an internal tool of our agency. It is open to three groups: our team, creators who work with us and connect their social media accounts, and brands that view reports via a share link. By using the platform or a share link you accept these terms. ## 2. Access Access is by invitation only. Login credentials and share links are personal and must not be passed on. We may suspend access at any time if these terms are violated or the security of the platform requires it. ## 3. Connecting social media accounts Creators connect their Instagram and TikTok accounts voluntarily through the platforms' official interfaces. By connecting an account you permit us to retrieve its statistics and store them for the duration of our collaboration, as described in our [privacy policy](https://creatorhub.agency/en/privacy). You confirm that you own the account or are authorised to connect it. You can end the connection at any time in the settings of the respective platform or by emailing office@creatorhub.agency. The platforms' own terms continue to apply to your use of Instagram and TikTok. ## 4. Share links for brands Share links display metrics of individual creators or campaigns and are intended solely for the recipient who received them from us. Recipients may use the content only to evaluate and carry out a collaboration with creatorhub. They must keep the content confidential and must not pass it on to third parties, publish, copy or automatically extract it, or use it for any other purpose. We may let links expire or revoke them at any time. ## 5. Platform data The metrics shown originate from Instagram (Meta) and TikTok and are stored and prepared by us. They may be delayed, incomplete or subsequently corrected by the platforms. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness; the contractually agreed evidence is binding for invoicing. creatorhub Insights is an independent product of creatorhub and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms or TikTok. Instagram and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners. ## 6. Availability and changes We operate the platform with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, extend or discontinue features and amend these terms; the current version is always available on this page. We will inform users with access about material changes by email. ## 7. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Use of the platform is free of charge for creators and brands; any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. ## 8. Intellectual property The presentation, design and software of the platform belong to creatorhub. Rights to the content of connected accounts remain with the respective creator or the platforms. ## 9. Governing law and contact The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply; mandatory consumer protection rules at the user's place of residence remain unaffected.
